Orders

An order is submitted when checkout is completed. We may cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including for stock, payment, address, compliance or fraud concerns.

Payment

PayID and bank-transfer details are provided only after an order is created. Use the unique six-character order ID in your email as the payment reference.

Shipping

Express shipping is charged at $12 per order. Delivery timing is not guaranteed and can vary by destination and carrier conditions.

Product images and labels form part of the product presentation. Follow all manufacturer instructions, warnings and directions supplied with the product.
